1,225.00

This highly finished blade was made using a whiskey barrel, from the strap to the stave.  The san mai billet was forge welded together by hand using 13 layers of metal: 6 whiskey barrel straps, 6 bars of pure nickel and 1 core of 52100 steel meld as one unique array of symbiotic steels. Frame handle construction made with Richlight composite material (same as Epicurean cutting boards) and unstabilized, whiskey soaked oak scales. The displaced tannins are visible on the butt of the handle. 9" blade. 174grams.
