Last week I was visited by a very talented chef, Jennifer Booker. She was selected to be a Georgia Grown Executive Chef, by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, where she travels the state representing Georgia family farmers and exploring our states wide variety of culinary treasures. With her philosophy that "food should taste like food" she released her cook book, Field Peas to Foie Gras, Southern Recipes with a French Accent just yesterday.
