This full tang chefs knife is going to fit the majority of hands out there, medium to large hands. Forged from my own 416 stainless/52100 carbon steel san mai with nickel spacer. Cladding is soft, making sharpening easy and allowing the core steel to be left at a higher hardness. This hybrid western full tang handled k-tip gyuto blade and symmetrical slightly convex grind will make this a great everyday user. Handle sculpted from stabilized Hawaiian koa wood.
