In this 5-day class you will dive into Cask Stength chefs knife which uses old bourbon barrel straps to create the beautiful and storied cladding on your blade. Learn the basics of forging, heat treating, finishing, handle construction & sharpening with demos and instruction from Will with his 10+ years of experience at your side. Class is limited to 5 students and will not run if we don’t have 4 seats filled (refund of deposit in that case).
