The Heartwood Forge Promise of Excellence will be honored for the original purchaser or the recipient of a new Heartwood Forge knife as a gift. The knife must be physically available for inspection. In the event of a materials or workmanship defect, Heartwood Forge Inc will determine the appropriate method of repair or replacement.

We care that our customers privacy is honored and we promise not to sell, share or otherwise compromise any disclosed information that we keep for our own records.

By purchasing a knife from Heartwood Forge Inc., you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to make such a purchase. Heartwood Forge is not responsible should you cause harm to yourself or others, accidentally or otherwise. Agreement to purchase a Heartwood Forge knife thereby releases and holds harmless Heartwood Forge Inc and all employees and owners from all claims and causes of actions related to Heartwood Forge knives and the use thereof.

Knives shipped within the state of Tennessee are subject to 9.5% sales tax.

Due to the nature of the items sold, no returns are accepted. However, if you are unsatisfied with a knife purchased from Heartwood Forge Inc., please contact heartwoodforge@gmail.com. We want each knife to be enjoyed and would love to hear from you.
