Willard K-tip Paring I
Willard K-tip Paring I
You never know how your actions and words can encourage those who witness them. Willard was another exemplary model of human kind who made an early impression on my career. He gave me the first high carbon steel I ever turned into kitchen knives, an old rusty length of industrial band saw. “This makes a good knife” he told me. The tapered full tang on this versatile, damascus paring knife imparts a stout yet refined feel. Deeply etched and brightly polished, the pattern in the blade will persist throughout the development of patina. Needle like point and thin behind the edge, I think you’ll find this paring knife indispensable.
