This slender blade walks the line between a small chefs knife and large petty. The upswept tip screams brisket but the slenderness and light weight ask you to use it all day long without fatigue. In making this, I fused piedmont patterned damascus over my favorite kitchen knife steel for a blade that is as functional as it is beautiful. Fully tapered tang for balance and dressed in a stunning, complimentary piece of locally storm felled (donated by a friend) and stabilized redbud.
