Granny Paring Pine & Bone
Granny Paring Pine & Bone
Originally a paring knife I got to make for Chef Sean Brock, he coined it “the Granny Paring knife” because of the style of cutting he used it for. After the response to these in the Autumn sale of 2024, I decided to introduce the design to my Classic Collection, where I’ve distilled the process and design down to the essentials. This blade is shaped from a timeless high carbon steel and polished to an easy to maintain satin finish. Full tang, petite, razor sharp and dressed to impress with stabilized 100+ year old pine flooring (from our home) and a bone burlap laminate. (3 available, actual knife may differ slightly from image)
