How it began: the original KH-850 shucker started as a collaboration with owners of Atlanta’s acclaimed Kimball House raw bar in 2016. After being featured in Garden & Gun, Food & Wine and named "the world's most perfect oyster shucker,” the new Daybreaker takes cues from the original and adds an integrated handle and opener.
