Aportionof the proceeds are donated to the Apalachicola Riverkeeper, whose sole mission is to restore, protect and preserve Florida’s Apalachicola River and Bay.

How it began: the original KH-850 shucker started as a collaboration with owners of Atlanta’s acclaimed Kimball House raw barrack in 2016. Featured in Garden & Gun, Food & Wine and named "the world's most perfect oyster shucker,” Manning designed this one for a fully indestructible counterpart for when the going gets rough.
